I went to the Mindanao Travel & Tours Expo 2008 in SM Davao Event Center last August 9, 2008. This year’s participants are fewer than the previous years’ Travel Expo. Nevertheless, I found this interesting “crunchy” display. Yes, it looks very intricate and beautiful but mind you, they are edible. The flower and the body of the dragon are made of squash while the head of the dragon is made of carrots.
No, it won’t bite..this is another “crunchy” edible display. Mr. Sharky is a crunchy papaya!
