Weekend Snapshot#53 Mayweather vs. Marquez And Craving For Halo-halo
Mayweather wins over Marquez on an unanimous decision just a few minutes ago. I was rooting for Marquez, actually. He's a good boxer but smaller and lighter than Mayweather (I like underdogs anyway) but inspite of Marquez' valiant efforts, Mayweather won after 12 rounds. Watching the boxing match was painful for me as I can see that Marquez was really overpowered by the just-returned retiree Mayweather. Mayweather was hot on his punches and speed.
In the meantime, the weather is hot today (hotter than Mayweather's punches); it seems it's getting hotter as the days go by (effects of global warming, I suppose). This is why I have been longing for halo-halo! This halo-halo from Bigg's Diner at SM Naga, it was good.
And another famous halo-halo from Razon's of Pampanga was also good.
Razon's halo-halo has only 4 ingredients: sweetened banana, macapuno, leche flan and milk. Its creaminess and the fine-shaved ice made it more delicious compared to other halo-halos with more ingredients.
So far, however, Chowking's halo-halo for me is still the best. But the thing is, it is getting more expensive while the serving is getting smaller .
