New Exercise Teacher, New Exercise Regimen

We have a new group exercise teacher at the gym nowadays. Her name is Gladys, a Singaporean. Her classes are always full. It is really not surprising because she can really teach. Not only that, she keeps her classes interesting and fun.  I especially like the new dance steps she teaches us. Gosh, I realize I just miss dancing when she taught us the dance steps of Pussy Cat Doll’s Jae Ho. I am really looking forward for Gladys’ classes nowadays.

Anyway, I have been working out for years now and I am always on the lookout for new exercise regimens. Regular exercisers reach a certain period of plateau wherein the body just would not respond much anymore no matter how hard they exercise. It happened to me and this is why I am quite curious about PX90. Changing your workout regimen like trying the new X90P as well as having a new exercise teacher with different exercise style is one way of avoiding that plateau.

Aside from doing new exercise regimen from time to time, I am also trying to convince more people to exercise regularly because the benefits are really life-changing.  It is good to see that there are more and more young people that are getting more active and even going to the gym regularly trying to get rid their freshman fifteen. I just wish that they keep their eyes more on their workout regimen than have those wandering eyes checking out their crushes.
