I have been too busy nowadays I forgot to do something that my mother was asking me to do. One of my aunts is asking my mother to sell one of her properties to finance her children’s college education as both kids are now in college. My mother is involved in real estate and has been doing it for several years now and that is why the aunt asked for her help but with the slowdown of the economy nowadays, selling the property is taking longer than necessary. So, I was asked of any suggestions on how to sell the property as soon as possible.
We suggested doing the newspaper ads but as most people are now more into internet, the newspaper ads might only reach limited audience, those that actually read newspapers.
I think vinyl banners are quite nice to use as I have seen them in some business places. They create visibility for a product and can help buyers be aware of what is being sold. Another thing that I find interesting and that could help in selling my aunt’s property is doing the car magnets. Cars can go anywhere and people can read them what is being sold on car magnets. Actually, any product can be marketed this way.
I am thinking of doing a blog post about her property in the next few days too. There are a lot of other alternatives to sell my aunt’s property but we just have to make time to do them.
