Weekend Snapshot# 21 Trip to Shanghai
I have been away for awhile during the holidays. I was too busy with the traveling and the holiday preparations butI am back now. I mentioned about traveling so am going to post some pictures we had. It was funny because I brought along my laptop with the full intention of updating my blogs and posting of some of our pictures. Sadly, I was only able to upload the pictures in my laptop and that’s it. I was too tired to think even if I had a lot of stories to tell and more pictures to show off. Nevertheless, here are some of the pictures we took in Shanghai.
We arrived on the early dawn of the 27th and was immediately awed by Shanghai Pudong International Airport’s long (I should say, almost endless) corridors. The said airport is just totally sprawling, ultra-modern and mind you, mostly carpeted wall to wall. We whisked through the immigration and customs without hitch.

We only had a few hours of sleep to catch up on and off we go in the morning to explore. First on the list is the Bund, the well-known old financial district of Shanghai. We walk through Nanjing Road on our way to the Bund.

Thanks for dropping by. It's just a regular digicam, not for professionals and not even a Canon or a Sony one. But it captures great photos. The brand is Ricoh. You can view the camera here: http://dew-drops.info/2008/12/11/got-a-new-digicam-yey/ Thanks again. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
