Hormone Replacement Therapy For Quality Life

I have some relatives in the medical field and from time to time, I hear them talk about medical issues. I learn a lot just from listening from them. One thing that stuck to my mind is about natural hormones.

As we grow older our natural hormones decline or go weaker, which could affect the normal function of our body. This could affect the health, the energy, the vitality and the overall quality of life of an individual.

As what I remember, the subject of bioidentical hormone replacement cropped up when one of my aunts started talking about her menopausal experience. She had hot flashes, starts getting fat even if she tried to go on diet and did exercise regularly, had mood swings, her energy went haywire, and her menstruation went irregular. Of course, all these things scared her to her wits’ end.  She wanted to compare her experience with that of my mother who had her surgical menopause, which happened earlier than my aunt’s normal menopause experience.

According to my aunt, her hormone therapy helped ease away her hot flashes and her migraines;  coupled with her regular exercise and regulated but food intake, her menopause experience was a lot better and she actually looks good nowadays.
