As what I remember, the subject of bioidentical hormone replacement cropped up when one of my aunts started talking about her menopausal experience. She had hot flashes, starts getting fat even if she tried to go on diet and did exercise regularly, had mood swings, her energy went haywire, and her menstruation went irregular. Of course, all these things scared her to her wits’ end.
