La.Pi.S#10 Fish - Sauteed Malasugue (Blue Marlin)

This was our dinner last night. The malasugue was bought at P150 per kilo as our suki was already in a hurry to get home. Usual price per kilo would have been P180 or above.

I rolled the sliced fish in flour and fried for a few minutes. When it was half-done, I took it them out and sautéed them with sliced onions, garlic, ginger, carrots and flavored it a bit of vinegar, soy sauce and a sprinkle of sugar. Yummy dinner!
